For purposes of this Return Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Triumph One Enterprises LLC, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this
Return Policy so as to attain maximum help in the event you need to engage us for a return.

1. RETURNS
1.1 Yes, we do issue our customers with returns. Triumph One Enterprises LLC starts processing any returned items within 24 working hours after we
receive the return. The processing time varies on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 Triumph One Enterprises LLC will only replace or refund after we have received the items. We take no responsibility for returns lost during shipping.
1.3 You shall be responsible for the shipping cost during the return.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE
2.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase to us within 14 days.
2.2 Your item must be unused and still have tags attached for refund.
2.3 To return your items, please follow these steps:
2.3.1 Repackage your items
2.3.2 Email us with your intent to return your purchase at info@blixengoods.com;
2.3.3 We will email you back with a return label;
2.3.4 Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase;
2.3.5 Ship the package to us.
2.4 Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to the handled after receipt of the returned item by us.
