1. SHIPPING
Provided the items you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time
you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
2. STANDARD DURATION
All orders for our items are processed and shipped out in 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS
3.1 It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Triumph One Enterprises LLC and its parties does its best to speed up
processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you
have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3.2 In the event the package has still not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to change the shipping address.
4. TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Triumph One Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
